Frio River Casa Rio Rentals     A vacation of leisure and natural beauty is waiting for you when you visit the Frio River Canyon in the Texas Hill Country. The absolutely clear Frio River is spring fed, the water is cool and refreshing, and the area is enchantingly beautiful with Cypress trees, pecan trees, limestone rock, bluffs, boulders and more.
    Whether you want to share special time with family or friends, or need time with business associates, or need to host a party or have a family reunion, this is the place where time has no meaning. So, relax and enjoy the many activities this special place has to offer.
    We are located in Concan, Texas, just a few miles from Garner State Park, and not far from Lost Maples State Natural area, and will welcome you and your family to our house and cottage for an intriguing and satisfying get away. The River House is situated right on the Frio River on CR 350 with a deck overlooking the river and the Cottage is located on CR 348 ( River Road ) approximately ½ block from Seven Bluffs Crossing.

    The Casa Rio House and Cottage are privately owned and operated and both are open all year round for weekend or vacation rentals. Discounted rates are available in the low season.
    Activities in the area include: swimming, tubing, rafting, kayaking, sun bathing, fishing, floating, bicycling, sightseeing, birding, hiking, horseback riding, golfing, antiquing, miniature golf, camping, wild life viewing, gazing at the stars at night and more.
    Both the Casa Rio House and the Casa Rio Cottage are air conditioned & heated and feature fully equipped kitchens with dishes, pots & pans, silverware, glassware, coffee makers, blenders, microwaves, kitchen linens, and hot pads. They both have digital TV, DVD & video players, fireplaces, BBQ pits, washer/dryer facilities, picnic tables, lawn chairs and CD players.
