Casa Rio Rentals has been servicing the Concan, Texas area in short term vacation rentals…since 2009.
Our main objective is for our guests to create long-term memories on the Frio while in our homes. We focus on providing a safe setting with the highest standards of cleanliness.
We provide luxury homes on the golf course as well as properties on the river, near the river and up on the mountain for our guests year-round who come to swim, tube, hunt, golf, bike, or hike. Located very close to Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park.

Team Casa Rio
Casa Rio is owned and operated by Maggie Cook, who built this business from the ground up with heart and determination and a focus on guest appreciation. She and her husband came to the Hill Country from the Corpus Christi area in the 90’s and made their forever home here in God’s Country. She features a great working relationship with all necessary trades in the area and loves working with all guests of Casa Rio.
We have a very small team of professionals, each bringing their own uniquely valuable skill set that makes us stand out above the rest.
Our Maintenance Department is skilled in many areas including handy-man work. They work hard to be on hand quickly to respond to any and all guest requests. They are in charge of all maintenance, service and home repair.
Our friendly office team takes care of all reservations and works closely with all guests to coordinate their travel plans and all necessary documentation. They all have experience in customer service, marketing, Social Media and Online marketing.
All team members are personally involved in all of our guests’ stays and we enjoy going above and beyond to please our clients. We offer an open and direct line of communication to provide the most enjoyable experience possible.

We stayed at Casa Rio rentals this past weekend, in Villa on the Green and it was amazing! The kids swam to their hearts delight, we all played yard games, and enjoyed the firepit and outdoor kitchen. The inside came with linens and towels, and a fully functioning kitchen! It was the best family vacation we’ve ever Had!

My family and I had such a great time at the Hideaway house. Maggie, the property manager, was so friendly and easy to work with for our reservations and the house/property was beautiful and clean and a great space for our getaway. Not to mention the amazing location to the river! I would recommend this house to anyone and will definitely stay again in the future!
